  I just went for some admin and basic banking had a lovely experience. The branch manager was available and a delight, the lovely lady that served me (unfortunately I did not get her name) was friendly and super helpful, and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. I was even given some Westpac jelly beans!
  
  Thank you - your approach made a mundane task almost enjoyable :)

  Rude and unhelpful staff. Unfortunately this is the branch closer to my new job so I dont have much choice. In relation to their products, Westpac fees are very high in comparison to the other banks, interests on saving accounts the lowest, and as mentioned before very poor service.. My advice: stay away from Westpac and use another bank. From my experience HSBC, ING and ANZ are the way to go. Less fees, friendly staff and quicker service.

  One of the big four Australian banks’ network of automatic teller machines that are located in various locations all around the country of Australia. National Australia Bank has a large network of locations which are a combination of branches and automation teller machines.

  Branch manager Louise Maynard who we never met, (she didn't came out from her office) made us came twice to certify the documents.
  
  first time she requires actual documents holder to come, but this is NOT to certify ID copy, why do you need document holder to be there? ok, fine, if that's how you deal things, that's cool.
  second time we went back with document holder, Louise Maynard passed the message to her staff that she were too busy at 9:30 in the morning, and don't have time to do this 30 seconds job... and want us to BOOK an appointment to let her certify. Sorry Louise, you are not the only one who is busy.
  
  What kind of bank pushes customers around like that? and You expect people to go back to you for business?
