MY SKIN WAS SEVERELY BURNT on the second treatment, RESULTING IN PERMANENT SCARRING.
I immediately contacted the clinic, advising of what had happened. Firstly they tried to say it was normal to be burnt, then tried to blame it on possibly being more sensitive due to possibly being "that time of the month" - in which case, it wasn't.
In any event, there was no excuse for this to happen. My skin oozed for several days after - further sign of irreparable burning.
Skin is permanently scarred in the areas severely burnt.
They would not refund monies for the treatment, nor would they cover costs to try and help remedy the skin. CLINIC DENIED ANY ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER.
I have spent thousands of dollars trying to repair the scarring.
I am a part-time model and this has affected my life in more ways than one. Have lost work, confidence in appearance, etc. etc.
THIS CLINIC HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE NEGLIGENT.
