The teachers are super experienced, welcoming and go above and beyond to make me feel at home every time I come to class. I've gone around and done the trials at other studios that consider themselves high-end, but NOTHING has compared to the quality of space, teachers, and general feeling of love and empowerment I get when I walk into One Hot. The studio is absolutely gorgeous. The best. I don't know what I would do with out my daily One Hot fix. I'm so grateful for the the amazing classes, people and space. Love it so much!

I’m from Sydney and here to do the marathon this Sunday and wished to book some yoga sessions and reformer Pilates and don’t wish to open membership.
I’ve left 4 messages and tried to book some classes online but was unable to as needed to purchase a package
Is there any other way out of this pls to obtain some sessions ?

All the instructors are very friendly with good knowledge! The place is always clean with a nice vibe.. I loooove the hot room either for a yoga class or a sweaty mat pilates. I highly recommend it :)

They provide a wide variety of classes, and each instructor has their own style. Staying active is much easier and much more fun. It’s beginner friendly as well, many modifications are available to suit different levels.

Lucky to find this place during my stay in Melbourne. Morning practice now becomes to the routine work even left. Will definitely come back again.
